If you register for the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you further represent and warrant that:

(a) The legal entity is duly organized and validly existing under the applicable laws of its place of organization;

(b) You have been duly authorized by the legal entity to act on its behalf.

2. Account Registration

After the guest mode is closed, you must create an account with the Company using a wallet to access the Services ("Account"). Creating an Account means you agree:

(a) Create a strong password that you will not use on any other website or online service;

(b) Provide accurate and true information;

(c) Maintain and promptly update your Account information;

(d) Maintain the security of your Account by protecting your Account password and restricting access to your computer and Account;

(e) Immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any security vulnerability in your Account;

(f) To the maximum extent permitted by law, be responsible for all activities occurring under your Account and accept all risks of any authorized or unauthorized access to your Account.

3. Service Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, without liability to you, whether or not prior notice is given.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that the use of internet-based services involves risks, including but not limited to risks of hardware, software, and internet connection failures, introduction of malicious software, and unauthorized access by third parties to information stored in your Account.

You confirm and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any communication failures, interruptions, errors, distortions, or delays (regardless of cause) that you may encounter when using the Services. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to any loss, damage, or claim caused by:

(a) Brute-force cracking of passwords;

(b) Server failures or data loss;

(c) Forgetting passwords;

(d) Loss or damage to wallet accounts;

(e) Incorrectly constructed transactions or misentered cryptocurrency addresses;

(f) Unauthorized access to mobile applications;

(g) Phishing, viruses, third-party attacks, or any other unauthorized third-party activities.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

When using our Services, you may view content provided by third parties or use services provided by third parties, including links to webpages and services of such parties ("Third-Party Content").

We do not control, endorse, or adopt any Third-Party Content and assume no responsibility for Third-Party Content, including but not limited to materials that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable in your jurisdiction.

Furthermore, your business dealings or communications with such third parties are solely between you and such third parties. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such dealings. You understand that the risks of your use of Third-Party Content and interaction with third parties are borne by you.

(d) Engage in automatic data collection (scraping), except where such automatic data collection is limited to search indices displayed on the internet;

(e) Copy any published content (such as public tags or name tags) or extract content from our APIs, CSV exports, our website, or any affiliated websites without our prior consent or authorization;

(f) Use or attempt to use another user's Account without authorization;

(g) Attempt to circumvent any content filtering technologies we employ or attempt to access any Services or Service areas to which you are not entitled;

(h) Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful materials into the Services;

(i) Develop any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent;

(j) Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;

(k) Encourage or induce any third party to engage in any activities prohibited by this section.

Unless we state otherwise, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all content and other materials contained on our website or related to the Services, including but not limited to the Company or Company logos, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and their selection and arrangement (collectively, "Company Materials"), are the proprietary property of the Company or our licensors or suppliers and are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use and/or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the author and/or owner of this website. Excerpts and links may be used, provided that full and clear credit is given to ichaingo with appropriate and specific reference to the original content.

"ichaingo" is the logo of the Company, and any other Company product or service names, logos, or slogans that may appear in our Services are trademarks of the Company and may not be copied, imitated, or used in whole or in part without our prior written permission.

Without our prior written permission, you may not use any trademarks, product or service names of the Company, including but not limited to any meta tags or other "hidden text" that utilize the trademarks, product or service names of the Company. Additionally, the appearance and style of our Services, including all headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, are the service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of the Company and may not be copied, imitated, or used in whole or in part without our prior written permission.

All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, company names, or logos mentioned through our Services are the property of their respective owners. 9. Suspension; Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, immediately terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, and delete or deactivate your Account and all related information and files in the Account, without liability to you, for example, if you violate any term of these Terms.

(f) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Company, including any legal assignment or transfer related to any change of control. The Company may assign or transfer any or all of its rights under these Terms in whole or in part without your consent or approval.
